These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you", or "your") and dewa303 ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the online gaming platform accessible at dewa303.lat and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and APIs.

To register an Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any details change.

4.1 KYC Documentation

4.2 Account Security

5.1 Deposit Conditions

• All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered exclusively in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited.

• Deposits that cannot be verified as originating from a legitimately owned account may be returned and the Account suspended pending investigation.

5.2 Currency

The Platform operates in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) as the primary account currency. Deposits in other currencies, including cryptocurrency, are converted at the prevailing exchange rate applied by our payment processor at the time of transaction. Cryptocurrency deposit amounts are converted to MYR equivalent using the spot price at the time of confirmed receipt.

Subject to compliance with these Terms and completion of KYC verification, Players may request withdrawals of their Real Money Balance at any time. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Withdrawals may only be made to payment accounts registered in the Player's own name, matching the name on the dewa303 Account.

• Bonus Funds must satisfy the stated Wagering Requirement before they become eligible for withdrawal.

Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have all associated bonus funds and resulting winnings voided. Repeated violations may result in permanent account closure.

All games and betting markets offered on the dewa303 Platform operate under specific rules that are made available within the Platform interface. By placing a wager, you acknowledge and accept the applicable game or event rules in their entirety.

8.1 Sportsbook Bets

• Bets are accepted subject to applicable odds at the time of placement. Odds displayed are subject to change prior to bet confirmation.
• In the event of a void bet (e.g., match cancellation, insufficient play time), stakes are returned to the Player's Real Money Balance.
• dewa303 reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds due to pricing errors. The Player will be notified and stakes returned.

8.2 Casino Games

All content on the dewa303 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, and underlying code — is the intellectual property of dewa303 or its licensed content partners. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content without our express prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dewa303 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Losses resulting from wagering decisions made by the Player, including all gaming losses;
• Service interruptions, technical errors, or platform downtime that affect the ability to place or settle wagers;
• Loss of data, Account information, or communications arising from cybersecurity incidents outside our reasonable control;

• Losses incurred as a result of the Player's failure to maintain the security of their Account credentials.

Where liability cannot be entirely excluded under applicable law, our total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or MYR 500, whichever is greater.

dewa303 is committed to providing a safe, responsible gaming environment. We provide the following tools to all registered Players as a core feature of Account management:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Reductions take immediate effect; increases are subject to a minimum seven (7) day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure maximum session durations with mandatory reminders and automatic log-off functionality.
• Loss Limits: Players may set maximum loss thresholds per session, day, week, or month.
• Cool-Down Periods: Players may request temporary account suspensions of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who require a longer-term break may request self-exclusion for periods of up to 12 months, or permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusions take effect within 24 hours of request confirmation.

• Account access by an individual who does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 3;

Where an Account is closed due to a verified Terms breach (particularly fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse), all funds in the Account — including deposited Real Money Balance — may be withheld pending investigation. Where no breach is established, Real Money Balances will be returned to the Player via the most recently used verified payment method within a reasonable period.
